In this case, linoleic acid plays a particularly important role. Since the body cannot generate linoleic acid on its own, it needs to be supplemented regularly to keep the skin healthy, just like a vitamin supplement.

Medical skin care products developed for dry skin, such as Linola® Body Lotion, are rich in linoleic acid that replenishes the skin directly. For extremely dry skin or during the winter months, we recommend products with a high lipid content, while products with a lower lipid content are suitable for milder conditions or in warmer weather.
